General Returns

Sewing Equipment Unlimited provides a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We get that circumstances change, and you may want to exchange or return your equipment. We understand that our customers want to feel comfortable and confident when making a large purchase. As such we offer the following:

Unopened Items: may be exchanged or refunded. "Unopened" means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken.

Opened Items: may be returned for a refund at the full sale price. Merchandise must be returned in its original factory carton (undamaged unit, Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories). Opened items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure all components are accounted for before issuing a refund.

Return Shipping: in the event that there are any problems with your order at the neglect of Sewing Equipment Unlimited or you receive a defective product; any shipping cost will be covered by us. Any other issues will be regarded as a General Return, in that case any shipping cost associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item for any reason, simply contact us our contact form or e-mail info@sewingequipmentunlimited.com and explain to us why you wish to return the item. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on returning your purchase. Please do not try to return an item without a Return Authorization Number as different products must be returned to different warehouse locations and inspected.

Exclusions

Sewing Equipment Unlimited is unable to accept returns on fully assembled equipment or special-order items, unless specified otherwise.
