Important Service and Repair Notice
Sewing Equipment Unlimited is a high-volume dealer of industrial sewing machines and our customers are our number one priority. As such, we have decided to no longer offer service and repair to the general public and will going forward, only service those machines purchased directly from us or previously from Jack North America.
Our Services
Sewing Equipment Unlimited provides maintenance and repair services for all equipment purchased via our website or physical location. We only use authorized parts for all our repair and service work, whenever possible. We strongly recommend you keep and do not destroy the original packaging that your machine head comes in, to facilitate easier shipping when sending your machine to us or when bringing your machine in.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with having your machine serviced by us.
