We understand we are not always the least expensive option when it comes to buying a machine, but we do believe we are one of the best.

We get calls multiple times per week about someone who bought a machine at a "great" deal from dealer X, only to not be able to get any technical support with their new machine.

While we do sympathize, unfortunately we do not provide any customer support for machines that are not purchased directly from us. Unlike some dealers who work out of their garage, we have overhead, employees and technicians to pay and we simply can't and wont compete with bargain dealers. Our customers take priority.
